SHIPPING & HANDLING
LIBRA is open 7 days a week except for a few holidays that are posted on our Facebook page. When we receive an email before 5pm we will make every effort to have that order shipped out UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail by 5pm the next day. We will confirm your order and shipping costs via email and contact you if for some reason the items you requested are NOT in stock.
Sales tax will be charged in compliance with state and federal law.
This return policy is for internet sales only and not for any in-store purchases. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges at this time. A store credit will be emailed after a completed return. Our mission at LIBRA is for you to be extremely pleased with your purchases, so please email us if you have any questions or concerns at email@example.com.
LIBRA RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, LIBRA accepts returns of merchandise in original condition when postmarked within 14 days of order delivery for LIBRA merchandise credit. LIBRA will not issue merchandise credit for items received 21 days past the sale.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
All internet orders must be returned via mail or UPS or may be brought back to our Park Slope shop (at the address below).
HOW TO MAIL BACK A RETURN:
Should you wish to return any items to LIBRA, please fill out the Return Form included with your purchase and follow these steps:
(1) If you cannot include the Easy Returns form, please supply the following information:
Order Number, Full Name, Address, Phone, Email. Item being returned (Item Description, Quantity, Size, Color, Price)
(2) All items must be in unused condition with original tags still attached to ensure a full credit.
(3) All items must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase of the merchandise. No returns accepted after 21 days.
(4) Pack the item (s) in the original shipping materials- if breakable or spillable, please make sure to pack with sufficient protection
(5) All return shipping charges must be prepaid, LIBRA cannot accommodate C.O.D. returns.
(6) You will receive a notification in the mail once your return has been received and processed.

If you are a registered user of our Site, you may review, correct, or change your personal information. To access your information, you will need to log into the Site and you will be able to edit your personal information in your account profile.
Please note that when you make an online purchase from us, we will continue to confirm your order status and shipment by email. We may also need to contact you via telephone, email or postal mail with questions or information regarding your order.
No Information About Children
Our Site is not intended to be used by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly, directly or passively, collect information from children under the age of 13. If we create offers and products that make it appropriate to collect information from children under the age of 13, we will notify you of the change in this Policy.
